Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability
3PB regularly act for employers (usually through their insurers) and employees in relation to the work-place related accidents and stress, harassment and bullying-induced injury claims. Examples of significant cases include construction site falls, factory machinery accidents and stress, harassment and bullying claims by employees and contractors.
Our barristers are involved in the full gamut of public liability and occupiers liability cases from everyday slips and trips in supermarkets and restaurants to catastrophic injuries occurring from visitors at nightclubs and bars, private parties, swimming pools, beaches, schools and leisure centres and entertainment operators in the UK and abroad with adults and children using speedboats, bouncy castles and theme park rides.
