Several of the Construction and Engineering team at 3PB specialise as Arbitrators, Adjudicators, Dispute Board Members, Mediators and Experts. They are highly regarded for their unique skills with industry experience.
In particular several are dual qualified having practiced as Chartered Surveyors, Construction Managers or Architects before coming to the Bar. Uniquely, 3PB Barristers offer the UK’s s largest group of FDIC Adjudicators anywhere in the world. All of our neutrals are Chartered Arbitrators.
Our neutrals are experienced, independent, neutral, competent and well respected; and act as sole arbitrators or members of panels; being appointed by party agreement or by professional bodies like the ICC, LCIA, FIDIC, RICS, RIBA, CIArb, CEDR, RIBA, DIAC, GIAC, CIC, TECBAR and TeCSA.
