Family Arbitration Fees
Arbitrators at 3PB provide a fixed-fee service, with guideline rates outlined below (exclusive of VAT). These rates apply to fully contested, all-issues arbitrations. For other types of matters, we are happy to discuss and agree fees on a case-by-case basis.
Venue Costs: If an in-person hearing is required at a location other than chambers, reasonable travel and accommodation costs will be agreed in advance.
The stated fees encompass the arbitrator’s review of a single arbitration bundle not exceeding 350 pages and the preparation of a written Award. Any additional procedural matters, including but not limited to contested case management hearings, interlocutory
applications, or disputes concerning the drafting or terms of any order intended to give effect to the Award, will attract separate fees.
High-Value Cases: Where cases involve substantial assets or present a high degree of complexity, the fee structures may be reviewed and adjusted by agreement, to reflect the nature and demands of the case.
