All of our Mediators are very experienced accredited Mediators with broad experience as commercial as well as construction mediators.

Our Mediators are appointed by ICC, RICS, CIArb, CEDR TECBAR, TeCSA as well as directly chosen by the parties and are available for appointment via Chambers.

Experts

Our members are often appointed to act as Expert to provide opinions or determine disputes. They are selected for their expertise and experience in construction and engineering projects or for their knowledge and experience of wider commercial and geographical matters. For instance Mr Ian Edge is often appointed for his knowledge and experience of Arabic.
