3PB Property and Estates team achieves 23 rankings in the Legal 500 2027

3PB is delighted to announce a total of 23 rankings for its property, estates and chancery specialists in the latest edition of the Legal 500.
The team has retained its Tier 2 and in Tier 3 rankings for its Property and Construction work in South Eastern and Western respectively, gaining one individual ranking in each circuit. Practitioners are also ranked for Agriculture (Midlands and Western), Planning and Environment (Western), Private wealth, Probate and Tax (London, Midlands and South Eastern) as well as our Social Housing team (Midlands).
The team is ‘well regarded’, known for the breadth of the advice it can provide: ‘members act[ing] across both commercial and residential disputes. The set handles matters involving development projects, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, mortgage disputes, construction claims and orders for sale.’
