Victoria Hamblen called to the Bar of Northern Ireland

3PB Barristers property, planning and environmental law barrister Victoria Hamblen, pictured here, has been called to the Bar of Northern Ireland.
Victoria plans to further develop her expertise in environmental caseload in Northern Ireland, following on from the experience gained of environmental issues in Northern Ireland on secondment at the Office for Environmental Protection.
