3PB’s Family Law Team more than doubles its rankings in just four years, reaching 42 in Chambers & Partners 2027

15th October 2026

3PB Barristers’ Family Law team has achieved 42 individual rankings (+9 compared with 2026), in the latest edition of Chambers and Partners published today. 35 of our family law barristers are ranked across 5 Circuits: in London, the Midlands, North Eastern, South Eastern and Western.

Our team retains its Band 1 rankings for both Family Children and Family Finance in the Midlands, and its Band 2 ranking in Western.

Clients comment that "The engagement of the set generally is second to none, from the clerks to instructed counsel. They have set a standard beyond expectations and are the go-to set for all our family matters". Some describe the clerks as “some of the best clerks I have come across", highlighting that "The set is highly approachable, friendly and always very helpful. They make sourcing good counsel far easier than other chambers, and it is always a pleasure to work with 3PB[…]."

Head of team Vanessa Meachin KC said: “I am delighted with this year’s Chambers and Partners’ results. The growth in rankings our team has achieved in such a short period of time is testament to our barristers’ excellence in delivering for our clients. Many thanks to our valued contacts for taking part in the research and confirming how much they value our work.”
