3PB’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence confirmed as a well-established team in the Legal 500 2027

3PB’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence welcomes 16 rankings across 4 Circuits (London, the Midlands, South Eastern and Western), in the latest Legal 500 edition published today. The team retains its Top Tier ranking for Personal Injury in South Eastern, a Tier 2 ranking in Western and gains a new individual ranking in London bringing its total of Personal Injury London rankings to 4. The team is also ranked for Clinical Negligence in Western.
The Legal 500 acknowledges our Clinical Negligence practitioners for the high volume of claimant work they carry out on matters as diverse as cauda equina claims, amputation cases, surgical negligence and missed or delayed diagnoses.
Personal Injury-wise, the team acts for defendants and claimants in a broad range of often complex and high-value claims, from employers’ liability issues, road traffic accidents, military claims and psychological injuries to fraudulent, exaggerated claims as well as catastrophic injury claims.
