The Child Brain Injury Trust's Legal Support Service offers free, independent legal advice to families affected by childhood-acquired brain injuries. This service provides expert legal support from partnered law firms across England, Wales and Scotland, covering a wide range of topics across Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

The Charity aims to ensure that families receive tailored legal guidance to navigate complex legal matters and make informed decisions regarding their child's care and treatment.
