3PB’s Crime and Regulatory Crime Team achieves Band 1 in Chambers and Partners

16th October 2025

3PB Barristers is delighted to confirm another strong set of results for its Crime and Regulatory Crime team in Chambers and Partners’ 2026 edition published today.

While the team retains its Band 1 ranking for Crime in the Western Circuit, with 9 of its practitioners ranked in this area of law; and maintains its 3 individual rankings for Health and Safety in the same Circuit, it welcomes a new ranking for Financial Crime in the Regions.

Our barristers are praised for their immaculate client care, first rate advocacy and tactical acumen. They are supported by “excellent clerks” who “are prompt and will often go above and beyond to facilitate instructing solicitors."

Co-head of team Jodie Mittell KC said: “I am delighted that our barristers’ expert advocacy, skills, and dedication are so generously acknowledged by our clients and reported in Chambers and Partners latest edition. I thank our clients and peers for taking part in the research.”

Congratulations to Jodie Mittell KC, Richard Onslow, Nicholas Cotter, Tom Horder, Nick Robinson, Jonathan Underhill, Berenice Mulvanny, Gemma White, Thomas Evans and Thomas Acworth.
