Construction Law Seminar - Birmingham - 7 December

Our Construction and Engineering Law Group is delighted to invite you to our Birmingham Construction Law Seminar to take place on Thursday 7th December at 5:30pm at our Birmingham Chambers.

Topics

The seminar will be chaired by Tony Bingham and will include presentations from Seb Oram, Nick Kaplan and Rob Dawson on the following topics:

• Seb Oram will review “Construction Project Insurance after the Rugby Football Union decision”
• Nick Kaplan will present "Spiking the Guns of Trigger-Happy Contractors – Termination for Default in Providence v Hexagon".
• Rob Dawson will consider “Adjudication: When is the right time to argue later?”
