3PB’s Employment Law Team becomes ranked in London in Chambers and Partners' 2027 edition
15th October 2026
3PB’s employment and discrimination law team celebrates a well-earned new team ranking in London in recognition of the high-profile cases its members represent clients in, and the great results they achieve. Impressively, the team’s individual rankings in London have increased from 1 to 5 ranked members in 2 years.
The team retains its band 1 rankings in South Eastern and Western and the band 2 ranking it achieved last year in the Midlands.
It’s another strong set of results with 22 individual rankings for 16 of its barristers in London, Western, South Eastern and the Midlands Circuits. Clients’ comments obtained by Chambers and Partners’ researchers for our individual barristers once again confirm that the team’s expertise, talent and professionalism do not go unnoticed.
Chambers Director Russell Porter is described as “a star clerk [who] sets a standard others often fail to emulate." Clients acknowledge the whole clerking team for the outstanding service they receive: "The clerking team is also a standout feature; they are highly responsive, commercial and proactive, ensuring appropriate counsel is identified quickly and that cases are managed efficiently from instruction through to conclusion."
Head of 3PB’s employment team Karen Moss said: “Our 4th group ranking, in London this time, is cause for celebration. This new ranking confirms 3PB as a first choice set for employment work in London and the Regions, demonstrating our valued expertise in the most competitive markets. I am very grateful to our clients for the high-profile work they entrust us with and for the feedback they are prepared to give to the legal directories’ researchers.”
