3PB’s Top Tier Crime and Regulatory Crime team earns the Legal 500’s plaudits

1st October 2025

3PB is delighted to confirm that its Crime and Regulatory Crime team remains top tier ranked in the latest Legal 500 edition for Crime (General and Fraud) in the Western Circuit with a total of 13 rankings. The crime group retains its tier 2 ranking for Business and Regulatory Crime (incl. Health and Safety) in Western.

Crime clients regard 3PB as ‘a massive set with a solid stable of highly competent, persuasive and talented advocates at all levels of call’, able to offer ‘a broad and in-depth range of advocates of the highest level’.

In clients’ words, 'The clerk's room is an exception, with particular emphasis on [Chambers Director] Stuart Pringle.' The clerks are further described as ‘first class’: they ‘go the extra mile’.

Joint head of team Tom Horder commented: 'I am delighted that so many of our barristers have once again earned the recognition of the Legal 500 thanks to feedback obtained from our supportive clients and peers. These accolades are a true reflection of the hard work that goes into doing our best for our clients day in day out.'

Congratulations to Jodie Mittell KC, Robert Grey, Richard Onslow, Nicholas Cotter, Tom Horder, Audrey Archer, Nick Robinson, Jonathan Underhill, Berenice Mulvanny, Gemma White, Thomas Evans, Thomas Acworth and Graham Gilbert.
