3PB's Property and Estates team achieves significant Midlands gains in the Legal 500 2026

1st October 2025

We are delighted to announce a total of 21 rankings (from 15 last year) for our property, estates and chancery specialists in the Legal 500 2026 edition.

Retaining our member rankings in Property and Construction and Private Wealth, Probate and Tax on the South Eastern and Western Circuits, we are delighted to have also been recognised for Agricultural Property, Social Housing and Property and Construction on the Midlands Circuit.

Our team has been quoted as a ‘great set for property disputes’ with ‘good barristers at every level of call’.  'The set usually has a suitable barrister for whatever advice/representation is needed.' 3PB is also seen as 'A very good set with a wide range of highly knowledgeable counsel across assorted practice areas’, and ‘They are a go-to set because of the combination of the clerks' and barristers' abilities.'

Led by Chambers Director Mark Heath, 'the clerks' room is one of their strengths. The clerks are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.’ Another client commented: 'The service is quite frankly outstanding. Often within minutes of sending initial details of a matter, I will have received an email or text message with details of an appropriate barrister.’

Head of group, Matthew Cannings, said: 'I am delighted that our team’s strong performance and levels of service have been acknowledged by our clients this year, once again in familiar and newer territory. I thank our clients for taking the time to participate in the research and our clerks for their continuing support'.
