3PB's Family Law team welcome experienced barrister Emma Southern

3BP’s reputable Family Law Group is delighted to announce that Emma Southern, formerly of 12 College Place, Southampton, has joined the team.
Emma (Call 2006) is an experienced family law barrister, who advises and represents clients in a broad range of legal issues including matters concerning contact and living arrangements for children, prohibited steps orders, changes of name, parental responsibility and child abduction. She acts on behalf of clients in divorce proceedings and resolving finances following separation. In addition Emma also advises in respect of care proceedings issued by the Local Authority and other related matters.
3PB’s established Family Law Group boasts 54 specialist barristers and Emma’s arrival adds further strength and depth to the team. Hamish Dunlop, 3PB’s Head of the Family Law Group, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to our specialist team which continues to offer high quality advice and representation to clients on all aspects of family and matrimonial law issues.
