Two more pupil barristers with arbitration backgrounds join 3PB on shortened pupillages

Two barristers with arbitration backgrounds - Neil Boothroyd and Ayman Saey (pictured left to right) - are starting shortened six-month pupillages with 3PB this October, joining the four pupil barristers  announced earlier this week as starting twelve-month pupillages.

Both Neil and Ayman have received exemptions from the BSB because of their significant professional casework in their previous careers in the UK and internationally, and will be based from 3PB's Inner Temple offices in London.

Neil BoothroydNeil BoothroydCall: 2025, a qualified surveyor who is already regularly instructed as a CEDR-accredited mediator, qualified adjudicator, arbitrator, expert determiner, Dispute Board Member and expert witness, is doing a construction and engineering law pupillage.

Ayman SaeyAyman SaeyCall: 2023, a legal professional specialising in commercial dispute resolution and a former small claims judge of the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, is on a six-month placement from UAE law firm Hadef & Partners and is doing a pupillage focused on commercial disputes and arbitration.

3PB has built up an enviable practice in the UAE and the wider Middle East over the past twenty years, focused on construction and engineering, energy, infrastructure, commercial litigation, family and sharia law.

3PB also announced that employment and discrimination barrister Autumn EllisAutumn EllisCall: 2026 - a former solicitor and commercial litigator with A&O and Addleshaw Goddard and recently, an Oxford College lecturer - will be joining them this week as a probationary tenant.
