    Stephen Parish successfully prosecuted Dler Mohammed for attempting to kill his brother's partner by stabbing her in the back in a Portsmouth shopping centre.     Nigel Lickley QC leading Gemma White successfully prosecuted RAD Trading Ltd and company director Darren Manley for selling psychoactive substances ‘Legal Highs’ from their 'Red Eye’ Shop in Oxford in 2014. They were instructed by Oxfordshire County Council Trading standards department. The prosecution was brought under the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
