Peter Aeberli speaks at Adjudication Society Conference

Peter Aeberli, 3PB's dual-qualified barrister-architect and expert construction adjudicator, was a guest speaker at last week's 21st annual conference of the Adjudication Society which was held in Edinburgh this year.
The busy specialist adjudication conference, headlined as "Adjudication: Where next?", was chaired by Hamish Lal of law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and featured the Rt. Hon Lord Glennie as their keynote speaker.
Peter, pictured here, ran a workshop with John Riches from Henry Cooper Consultants on "Successive adjudications: legal & practical effect of earlier decisions." The session was moderated by Jennifer McKay from MacRoberts LLP.
3PB has a highly successful practice acting as independent adjudicators, as well providing advisory, preparatory, documentary and advocacy work in relation to adjudication and related Court proceedings (such as enforcement proceedings and Part 8 claims).
