Our September webinar will be hosted by 3PB barristers Oliver Thorne and Antonida Kocharova.

  • Oliver Thorne will consider the recent Supreme Court case of Unger and another (in substitution for Hasan) (Appellants) v Ul-Hasan (deceased) and another (Respondents) [2023] UKSC 22.
  • Antonida Kocharova will present 'CGT on Divorce: the New Rules'.
