Victoria Hamblen returns back to chambers

3PB Barristers is delighted to welcome property, planning and environmental law barrister Victoria Hamblen back to chambers, following her return from secondment at the beginning of June 2026.
Victoria recently completed an eight-month secondment with the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP), where she worked on pivotal advice pieces to government, reports on the implementation of diverse areas of environmental law, advised on complaints and investigations, and undertook a wide range of environmental law research.
Alongside her planning and environmental law offering, Victoria has an established practice spanning the full range of residential and commercial property and chancery disputes.
