Seven 3PB barristers named on the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) has seen seven members of chambers - commercial, property and public law silk the Rt Hon Michael Tomlinson KC; family finance barrister and arbitrator Peter Wilkinson and children and matrimonial finance barrister Shan Parker; personal injury and military/police claims barrister Kim Wilson and personal injury, clinical negligence and inquests law specialist Jeremy Warner as well as employment and discrimination barristers Fintan Molloy and Eaindra Cho (pictured here, clockwise from top left) - named on the new 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List by the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Pro Bono Recognition List, published by the charity Advocate, recognises barristers and solicitors who gave at least 25 hours of pro bono legal assistance over the last year and is an initiative begun in 2024 and supported by the Law Society, the Bar Council and all the major pro bono organisations under the aegis of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee. Many lawyers are offering substantially more than 25 hours that and it follows the long tradition of the legal profession in volunteering their time to provide free legal assistance to individuals and charities.
Commercial and data privacy barrister Mariya Peykova and employment and discrimination barrister Robin Pickard were named last year. Whilst personal injury and clinical negligence barrister Richard Wheeler and property/chancery and family barrister Rachel Bale were listed in 2024.
