Spring is in action and our team have been super busy putting together some excellent articles for you all on the latest issues. This edition is full of interesting topics, debate and important case law updates.
The family team have had a great start to the year with our members appearing in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
We are all looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible at our fourth annual Private Law Children and Financial Remedies Conference on 23 April at Millennium Point, Birmingham. Due to popular demand more tickets have been released.

Four new family law arbitrators at 3PB

3PB are delighted to announce that four family law barristers - Elaine Strachan, Peter Wilkinson, Davinia Riley and Oliver Thorne (pictured here, anti-clockwise from bottom left) - have qualified as family law arbitrators under the Financial Remedy Scheme. Peter will be based from 3PB's London office in the Inner Temple.
