Spring is in action and our team have been super busy putting together some excellent articles for you all on the latest issues. This edition is full of interesting topics, debate and important case law updates.
The family team have had a great start to the year with our members appearing in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
We are all looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible at our fourth annual Private Law Children and Financial Remedies Conference on 23 April at Millennium Point, Birmingham. Due to popular demand more tickets have been released.

3PB Barristers’ (3 Paper Buildings) family barrister, David Beatson, has recently established a new initiative in collaboration with SARSAS (Somerset and Avon Rape and Sexual Abuse Support). The project involves running an ad hoc legal clinic that provides specialist family law advice to SARSAS clients on a pro bono basis.
