These half-day workshops begin at midday with lunch, followed by an afternoon of practical sessions focusing on the key stages of commercial litigation, from settlement strategy through to interim applications and trial preparation.

The programme opens with a review of recent judgments, drawing out tactical lessons, before moving into an interactive case study workshop based on recent judgments allowing attendees to observe how these issues unfold in practice and refine their approach in a realistic litigation scenario.

The day will conclude with drinks and networking.
