Sarah regularly appears in the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability) in respect of appeals regarding Education Health and Care plans (Sections B, F and I) and accepts instructions from local authorities, parents and young people.
Sarah has experience of complex cases involving a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities.
Sarah brings a wealth of advocacy experience to the Education Law group as an accomplished family barrister specialising in public children law, undertaking multi-day trials and frequently appearing before the High Court on complex matters.
