Ria Herbert returns from maternity leave

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is delighted to welcome family law barrister Ria Herbert back to chambers from maternity leave on Tuesday 1 September, 2026.
Ria has a busy practice, welcoming instructions across a wide range of family law encompassing both public and private law children cases, injunction and domestic abuse, and financial remedies including TOLATA matters. Ria also acts for both individuals and local authorities in cases involving Court of Protection matters.
She is ranked as a Leading Junior for Family: Children and Domestic Abuse in the 2026 edition of The Legal 500.
