3PB's joint head of Family Finance, Aimee Fox, has delivered a webinar for LexisNexis entitled 'How to Run a Successful Financial Remedies Conduct Case under MCA 1973, s.25(2)(g)'.
The webinar explores the significance of conduct in financial remedies proceedings, the different categories of conduct that may be relevant and the courts' approach to such cases. It also examines issues relating to litigation conduct, non-disclosure, adverse inferences, the impact of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, coercive and controlling behaviour, and the relevant procedural guidance.
Designed for solicitors, barristers and lawyers practising family law, particularly those with a focus on financial remedies, the recording provides Aimee's practical guidance on successfully preparing and presenting conduct-based financial remedies cases.
