Paul Newman speaks at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Northern Ireland event

3PB Barristers’ (3 Paper Buildings) specialist construction law barrister, mediator and arbitrator Paul NewmanPaul NewmanCall: 1982 recently addressed a meeting of the Northern Ireland chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch) at an event held at the Law Society of Northern Ireland in Belfast.

At the meeting, Paul spoke on four adjudication enforcement decisions from 2025 and 2026. In his presentation, Paul gave a detailed background into the four cases, including an overview of the disputes, the judgment that was passed in each case, how these were enforced and useful tips the cases provided for practising adjudicators.
