3PB celebrates David Swinstead's 45 years service as a barrister

3PB were delighted to recognise David Swinstead’s 45 years as a barrister at 3PB at a celebratory dinner in Winchester recently. Called to the Bar in 1970, David has built up an enviable reputation for his common law practice principally in the areas of personal injury, clinical negligence and also criminal law. For the past fourteen years he has worked as a legal assessor.

3PB is supporting the annual Mooting Competition organised by Nottingham Law School's Mooters' Guild to celebrate International Women’s Day, taking place on Thursday 26th March 2026. The moot sees students debate consent to harm and whether a piercing can amount to female genital mutilation.
