3PB’s IP team to host CITMA roadshow

3PB Barristers’ Intellectual Property team is set to host a series of lectures across the country with The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA).

3PB’s specialist IP barristers Victoria Jones, Nicole Bollard, Faizul Azman and Mark Wilden will join together to discuss topics of importance to trade mark practitioners, including analysing the implications of recent decisions in trademark law, explore the updated UK IPO procedures, and the tactical deployment of infringement remedies.

The first session in this roadshow will take place on Thursday 5 March in Manchester. The lecture will also be running in Birmingham (15 April), Bristol (3 June), London (11 June) and Leeds (9 July). The Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol events will each take place at 3PB’s local centres.  The London event will be held in conjunction with Pinsent Masons at their offices, and the July event will be held in conjunction with Walker Morris at their Leeds office.
