Acquiring the woods and the trees: a practical workshop on adverse possession and proprietary estoppel

3PB are pleased to offer a practical seminar and workshop. Our speakers and panel will be drawn from specialist members of our Property and Estates Group which includes The Rt Hon Michael Tomlinson KC, Andrew Nicklin, Charles Irvine, Matthew Cannings and Jamie Johnston.

Using a fictional problem, the team will offer expert talks followed by group workshops on best preparation of an adverse possession application and objection and the formulation of and tactics in pursuing and defending a proprietary estoppel claim.

Join us for lunch served promptly at 12pm prior to the seminar starting at 12.30pm with a drinks reception held afterwards from 4pm onwards.

The session will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
