Aimee Fox comes back from maternity leave

3PB is delighted to have welcomed Family and Education Law Barrister Aimee Fox, pictured here, back to chambers from maternity leave on Monday, 29 September 2025.
Aimee, who is joint head of our financial remedy team, has an established practice in financial remedies and private law proceedings. Aimee also has extensive experience in education law, often appearing in tribunals relating to EHC Plans. She has also been successful in judicial reviews and appeals to the Upper Tribunal.
Aimee is ranked for Family: Matrimonial Finance (Midlands Bar) and Family: Children (Midlands Bar) in Chambers and Partners. Aimee is described as ‘absolutely incredible’ , ‘an exceptional barrister’ and ‘a real class act.’
