Steven Howard speaks at inaugural Aspire Annual Conference 2023

3PB Barristers’ (3 Paper Buildings) specialist family barrister Steven Howard speaks at the inaugural Aspire Annual Conference 2023.
The Aspire Annual Conference, ran by Aspire Social Work Services, is aimed at senior professionals involved in Public Law Proceedings across the South West, and seeks to promote best practice when working with parents with intellectual impairments.
Steven was one of five key industry speakers at the event and delivered a lecture on relevant law and guidance when working with parents in care proceedings.
Other speakers at the event included The Right Honourable Sir Andrew McFarlane, who delivered the keynote address, HJ Robertshaw, Designated Family Judge for Devon, Psychologist Dr Anna Gough, Mark Sloman of Aspire, and conference chair Lindy Stephens.
Steven Howard is an experienced family law practitioner, specialising in all aspects of public and private children law, regularly acting for parents, local authorities, guardians, extended family members, intervenors, and the Official Solicitor.
