Nick Robinson secures an acquittal for his client in relation to serious offences

3PB Barristers' (3 Paper Buildings) specialist criminal defence barrister Nick Robinson has successfully secured an acquittal for his client in relation to a number of serious sexual offences.
MH was charged with two offences of Assault by Penetration, and in the alternative two counts of Sexual Assault.
Following a four-day trial at Bournemouth Crown Court before HHJ Pawson, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all four counts in less than two hours.
Nick was instructed by Dwayne Lewis of Renshaw Derrick Solicitors.
