West Indies cricketer Marlon Samuels received a full apology and will get undisclosed "substantial damages", after successfully suing former australian cricketer Geoff Lawson and broadcaster 2KY for defamation. This morning, Thursday 13 April, broadcaster issued an apology to Marlon.
