Kate Lumsdon KC, Thomas Evans and Nick Robinson secure acquittals for youth defendants in Winchester murder trial

Four defendants stood trial arising from two linked incidents involving e-bikes being deliberately rammed by vehicles as part of an ongoing feud. Both clients, who were youths, were alleged to have been accessories to murder in the first incident.

The jury acquitted both defendants of murder and the alternative count of manslaughter. The case attracted national media attention including BBC News, Daily Mail, and ITV.
