Karen Moss and Mark Green to speak at ELA Solent Training Day

The full day event will be taking place in Southampton on 9 June and will offer training on a range of topics across employment law. Karen and Mark will be speaking on the subject of age discrimination.

Karen Moss, Deputy Head of 3PB’s employment and discrimination law group, is an experienced employment law specialist, regularly taking instruction from both respondents and claimants across all areas of employment and discrimination law. Karen’s practice has a particular emphasis on unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination relating to all protected characteristics, unlawful detriment, and whistleblowing claims.

Mark Green is a specialist employment law barrister, with an established practice acting for both claimants and respondents. He appears regularly in the EAT.  He represented Mrs Jolly, reportedly the oldest ever age discrimination Claimant, and has made appearances on several media outlets, including This Morning. He has wide experience with discrimination claims of all types and has a particular specialism in claims with a national security aspect.
