Gareth Graham reappointed as a member of The FA's Judicial Panel

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) are pleased to announce that Gareth GrahamGareth GrahamCall: 2006 has been reappointed as a member of The Football Association (FA)'s Judicial Panel for a period of 3 years from 1 July 2025.

As the governing body for football in England, in the event of a breach of FA Rules and Regulations they may need to take action. The outcome of the case will often be determined by the Independent Regulatory Commission and Appeal Boards made up of individuals selected from the Judicial Panel. The panel members are selected based on either their legal/regulatory or football experience.

A well-known sports lawyer and Head of 3PB's Sports Law Group, with extensive experience of chairing sports disciplinary hearings (including for The FA, RFU, World Rugby, British Horseracing Authority and British Cycling) as well as expertise in employment and sports law generally, Gareth has a particular focus on whistleblowing, safeguarding and discrimination cases. Earlier this year, Gareth was appointed as a member of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) new Cricket Discipline Panel (CDP).
