3PB Barristers are hosting a free Property Law Webinar via Zoom on Wednesday 9 June 2021 from 11am to 12pm focusing on Residential Possession and Covid, presented by Head of 3PB Property and Estates Group Matthew Cannings and Jack Webb.

Jack Webb will analyse "The current residential possession law and procedure in light of the Covid-19-related alterations to the former procedure".

Matthew Cannings will reflect on "The impact of recent cases and decisions".

Time will be set aside for questions and answers during the session but feel free to submit any questions in advance when registering on Zoom.

Matthew Cannings

Matthew is the Head of 3PB’s Property and Estate’s Group. His property practice encompasses real property and landlord and tenant disputes and includes matters of easements, covenants, boundary disputes (including trespass and nuisance) and adverse possession as well as commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues including forfeiture and lease renewals. Along with substantial trial experience, Matthew has experience of interim remedy applications, including those required at very short notice.

Jack Webb

Jack is an accredited mediator and civil law barrister, specialising in Real Property and Commercial law. He is frequently instructed on matters pertaining to Landlord & Tenant law such as Social Housing (including ASBI applications and Equality Act claims; residential and commercial possession claims; 1954 Act terminations; forfeiture and relief from forfeiture; rent arrears and service charge disputes as well as Real Property matters (boundary disputes; nuisance; trespass and easements).
