The 3PB Family Law Team would like to invite you to attend our next Family Law Brunch on Thursday 24 September at 11am for one hour. This webinar will be hosted by members of 3PB, Stephen Wildblood KC MCIArb and Jim Hirschmann.
Stephen Wildblood will review the guidance that has been given in relation to investigations into allegations of sexual abuse, including the Cleveland and Orkney Reports, ABE initial investigations and Re P (Sexual Abuse: Finding off Fact hearing) [2019] EWFC 27.
Jim Hirschmann will offer some insights into the wider public framework including what Working Together to Safeguard Children says about multi-agency working and provide an update on how The Statutory Independent Inquiry into Grooming Gangs is likely to scrutinise practice in this space.
