Episode 4 of 3PB’s CoP Comm podcast now live

The fourth episode of CoP Comm, 3PB Barristers’ (3 Paper Buildings) court of protection and community care podcast is now available to download.

Matthew Wyard is an experienced public law barrister with a particular interest in health, education and community care disputes, alongside those involving data protection. Matthew acts regularly for Central and Local Government, public authorities and individuals, and is appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Counsel to the Crown.

Jim Hirschmann has an established practice across areas including health, social care, education and family law, with a particular interest in public law challenges. Jim regularly acts for or against local authorities.
