CoP Comm Episode 3 live now

The third episode of CoP Comm, 3PB Barristers' (3 Paper Buildings) court of protection and community care podcast is now available.

Hosted by Matthew WyardMatthew WyardCall: 2014, each episode covers two or three topics of current awareness, latest jurisprudence, and pointers for practice.

The latest episode provides a round-up of recent court of protection and community care news, as well as introducing two guest speakers to discuss the interplay between court of protection, community care and education law. Matthew was joined by 3PB specialist public law barrister Jim Hirschmann,Jim HirschmannCall: 2018 who has particular interest in education, health and social care disputes,  as well as Kevin McManamon a partner at Geldards law firm. Kevin specialises in Education law as well as advising individuals on health and welfare disputes with local authorities and health bodies.

Matthew Wyard is an experienced public law barrister. He has a particular interest in health, education and community care disputes, alongside those involving data protection.
