Rhiannon has a broad personal injury practice and is regularly instructed in fast track, and intermediate track trials. She appears in CCMCs, and a range of interim applications. She has a particular interest in motorbike-related claims and is known for her pragmatic and persuasive advocacy.

Her experience includes:

  • Acting in trials involving complex liability disputes and allegations of fundamental dishonesty.
  • Advising on liability and quantum across a range of personal injury claims.
  • Drafting skeleton arguments in a range of matters, including ‘slip and trip’ claims and credit hire disputes.
  • Drafting pleadings in cases arising from road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability, employers’ liability, and the Highways Act.

  • Securing strike-outs of statements of case in RTA matters.
