Property and Estates

Emma is a barrister practicing across the full spectrum of property and estates litigation.  Emma accepts instructions in both the County Court and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

Emma has a keen interest in probate related matters, including disputes between executors, administrators and will validity claims.

Emma welcomes instructions in all aspects of property litigation including landlord and tenant work, co-ownership and trusts of land, boundaries, nuisance, and adverse possession.  Most recently she has dealt with matters arising from:

  • Nuisance
  • Trespass
  • Easements
  • Possession proceedings
  • Disrepair

As well as being an experienced trial advocate, Emma takes particular satisfaction in cases involving detailed legal analysis and takes pride in producing clear written advice and pleadings.
