Commercial
Alice Horn is a barrister specialising in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with a practice encompassing high-value contract disputes, fraud, and matters involving regulatory and public bodies.
Before coming to the Bar, Alice was a Judicial Assistant in the Commercial Court, TCC and Admiralty Courts of the High Court, where she worked closely with Mrs Justice Jefford, Mr Justice Waksman, Mr Justice Jacobs, Mr Justice Andrew Baker and Mr Justice Robin Knowles. In that role, she assisted on a wide range of high-value and complex disputes, including matters involving international commerce, procurement, construction, injunctions, case management, and issues arising in the context of arbitral proceedings.
Since completing her pupillage at 3PB in October 2024, Alice has acted in a variety of commercial disputes, reflecting her growing experience across fraud and regulatory matters, IT and services contracts, healthcare staffing arrangements, local authority commercial issues, financial lending, property management agreements, and cases in the agricultural sector.
