Family barrister Hayley Manser joins the “Wessex team” at 3PB

Family barrister Hayley Manser (2015 call) has today, Monday 16 November 2020, joined 3PB from another chambers with London and South Coast offices, and will work jointly from the national chambers’ Bournemouth and Bristol offices.
Hayley has already built up a busy practice in family law and is regularly instructed on a broad range of matters including public and private law children proceedings, matrimonial finance and Family Law Act proceedings. She is regularly instructed in Child Arrangement Order applications, leave to remove applications and applications for parental responsibility and also has a flourishing practice in Family Law Act proceedings, acting for both applicants and respondents to applications for Non-molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. In divorce/matrimonial finance matters, Hayley has successfully represented husbands and wives at all stages of financial remedy proceedings, including disputes involving overseas assets and wives recent non-contribution to the family home.
Hayley has also spent time working in-house for a local authority, where she gained valuable experience acting in a number of cases involving sexual abuse, special guardianship applications and emergency protection orders.
Vanessa Meachin QC , head of 3PB’s 70-strong family law team, said : “We have seen Hayley in court and liked her preparation, practical and creative approach to disputes and her calm, personable style with solicitors, local authorities and lay clients alike. She will be a great addition to the team here.”
