Abberley joins 3PB Barristers

Leading Midlands family barrister Stephen Abberley has joined 3PB at their Colmore Buildings office in Birmingham.
Stephen Abberley was called to the Bar in 2000 and brings with him a wealth of experience in public law children cases. His expertise lies in cases involving sexual abuse, fabricated illness and cross jurisdictional issues, representing local authorities, parents and children in the County Court, High Court and at appellate level. He has particular strength and expertise in cases involving complex medical issues and in those involving vulnerable adults with severe mental health illness or personality disorders. He has vast experience in cases involving poisoning, resuscitation and induced suffocation and shaken baby deaths.
Practice Director Ian Charlton said: “Stephen will undoubtedly add further depth to our specialist family team here and enable us to continue to deliver the highest quality legal services to solicitors both locally and nationally.
