3PB’s International Services Team to attend Dubai Arbitration Week

A group of 3PB’s commercial and construction arbitrators will be attending this year’s Dubai Arbitration Week, taking place next week, 09-13 November 2026.

As part of the week's calendar of events, on Wednesday 11 November, David will be joining the panel of speakers at 'In the hot seat: putting evidence to the test', organised by Kennedys and Bond Solon. The interactive session will explore the role of factual evidence in international arbitration, from the importance of keeping clear and accurate records and preparing witnesses, through to cross-examination before a tribunal.
