Victoria Jones to speak at the White Paper Conference - Trade Marks Law 2026

3PB’s Intellectual Property specialist barrister Victoria Jones will be speaking at the White Paper Conference 'Trade Marks Law 2026' on Thursday 12th November 2026 at The Caledonian Club, London.
Victoria will be addressing the issue of generic trade marks and will be looking at where the line is between a protectable trade mark, a descriptive product name and ordinary trade language in light of Dryrobe v D-Robe and Wang Zeng v Bing Bing Food [2026].
