3PB shortlisted in Investors in People Awards 2026

3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) is delighted to have been nominated at this year’s Investors in People Awards for the prestigious UK Employer of the Year award, in the “Standard 50-249” division.
The awards work to recognise the leaders, teams and organisations that set the standard for workplace culture, leadership, development, and wellbeing. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 18 November 2026.
Claire Christie, Head of People at 3PB, has said on the nomination: “I am incredibly proud of this nomination. Our people are the backbone of Chambers, and this nomination reflects our commitment to building and maintaining a supportive culture, promoting personal development across the organisation, and our meaningful investment in wellbeing initiatives.”
3PB was one of the very first barristers chambers to achieve an Investors in People accreditation back in 2010. This nomination follows 3PB’s fifth consecutive recognition by Investors in People.
